I'm Natasha an online fitness coach in my 50s who's suffered from anxiety, depression, brain fog, trouble sleeping and urinary incontinence - oh the joys of menopause!
I've been strength and flexibility training for over a decade and I've found they are excellent at easing my symptoms.
I started by doing 10-minute workouts in my pyjamas just 4 times a week. The results were amazing! Not only did I find relief from my symptoms, but I felt physically and mentally stronger too. Best of all, my lower back pain has completely gone.
